I adopted a 4-month African American female, 18 years ago; and at that time I knew their was something wrong with her but didn’t know what. I took her to Children’s Hospital in D.C. and they diagnosed her with Spastic- Diplegic Cerebral Palsy. I didn’t know anything about CP or what the symptoms were or what caused it. Now I am in college and doing some research, and finding alot about it. I only wish I had researched the subject earlier. This article really is informing.
