I adopted a 4-month African American female, 18 years ago; and at that time I knew their was something wrong with her but didn't know what. I took her to Children's Hospital in D.C. and they diagnosed her with Spastic- Diplegic Cerebral Palsy. I didn't know anything about CP or what the symptoms were or what caused it. Now I am in college and doing some research, and finding alot about it. I only wish I had researched the subject earlier. This article really is informing.

Apart from lifestyle factors, there are a number of other reasons which can cause a rise in the blood pressure. These include an inadequate functioning of the kidneys, heart diseases and a host of other factors. The key is to find out the REAL reason for your problem and then get a treatment for it.
The lifestyle factors mentioned above are excellent ways of helping your condition at home. However, if you find your condition unchanged, it is always better to go for some blood tests or other medical evaluation.

Another natural way to lower blood pressure is to do deep breathing exercises.
This resets the nervous system putting it inot a more relaxed state.
blood vessels will widen and the heart slows its beating.
